A perfect mid-summer wedding at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s iconic River Cottage in Axminster, Devon. Guests arrived and made their way down the hill to the kitchen garden where an intimate ceremony was held under the shade of a huge tree at the far end of the garden with views back to the cottage. Everyone enjoyed a sunny afternoon of delicious canapés, garden games, chasing grasshoppers and petting the friendly piglets. When we were beckoned to feast the head chef gave a charismatic introduction to the menu of seasonal, organic veg. Everyone ate and danced the night away. We loved the idyllic, rural location of this wedding. One of our highlights was taking Aisha and James to the top of the drive for some couple photos at sunset. It was a dream to capture this wedding day! What a treat.
